Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
- Accurately review, classify and index incoming documents according to established guideline and workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness prior to system entry to maintain high-quality administrative records.
- Monitor queues, prioritize workloads, and process documents within required turnaround times.
- Identify and escape discrepancies, missing information or document issues to appropriate teams.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy and confidentiality, recommend solutions, and proficiently manage all support tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent administrative experience in a related field.
- Cross‑trained in all Admin Advantage work types.
- Proficient in MS Office and Admin Advantage systems, including AWD, ManuConnect, ESC Web, and CII.
