What You Will DoThe Chemistry Division's Actinide Analytical Chemistry Group, (C-AAC), is seeking chemical laboratory technologists. Our capabilities serve the Laboratory's core national security mission areas of weapons science and threat reduction. We are seeking applicants who are committed to LANL's safety and security standards, can perform high quality work, provide excellent customer service and possess good documentation and communication skills. Successful applicants will routinely work to characterize, neutralize and absorb nuclear material while working with technicians, technologists and scientists in a production-oriented environment focused on characterization of actinide residues. This position will be filled at either the Research Technologist 1 or 2 level, depending on the skills of the selected candidate.
