Project description

Associate with the EU‑funded COMBAT project, work package 2 – develop high‑throughput and super‑resolution tools for virus research. Design and build advanced optical diffraction tomography (ODT) and integrate correlative fluorescence microscopy. Collaborate with academic and industrial partners across Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, and Norway.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced ODT systems capable of imaging organoids to depths of 200–300 µm.
• Integrate photonic‑chip illumination for fluorescence‑based super‑resolution optical microscopy.
