Resident Technical Officer (Architecture)

Job Description: . Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with recognized Diploma in relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context. . Work as Resident Technical Officer to our LTA projects, to assist and report to RE and SRE to monitor all site activities, and any incident, including near misses. Report any non-compliance to RE and Qualified Person Supervision (QPS). . Assist Engineer in carrying out supervision for related works include but not limited to replacement and extension, construction and reconfiguration of viaduct/bridge works, and associated civil works, proposed new flexible pavement and infrastructure, re-alignment of roadways, fencing and construction. .
