You will engage with project documentation, oversee tenders, and maintain costing databases to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create comprehensive and accurate construction estimates
• Analyze project documentation for estimate breakdowns
• Pre-qualify new vendors and issue sub-contracting tenders
• Provide regular updates on estimates and budgets
• Conduct post-project reviews to assess budget accuracy
Requirements:
• 2-5+ years of construction estimator experience
