A leading government healthcare organizationin Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist Manager to lead and manage respiratory therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy department
• Lead, supervise, and support respiratory therapy staff
• Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical excellence
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
• Monitor quality indicators, compliance, and performance metrics
• Coordinate with physicians, nursing teams, and hospital leadership

Requirements

• Valid DOH Respiratory Therapist license
