Job Description
Join London Drugs as a Response Centre Specialist and protect company assets while ensuring customer safety. This role involves remote monitoring and incident response, offering a vital link in our Loss Prevention operations.
As a Response Centre Specialist, you'll play a key role within the Loss Prevention Department in British Columbia. You will monitor locations, respond to incidents, and maintain documentation. Your work will involve proactive communication with stakeholders to mitigate potential threats and may include supporting our internal customers and working occasional shifts as a Loss Prevention Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor designated company locations remotely
• Dispatch emergency responders with relevant information
• Prepare incident reports upholding legal standards
• Conduct compliance audits and telephone interviews
• Support internal customers with effective communication
