About the Hotel Our client is a small, family-owned 21-bedroom luxury hotel set in the dramatic landscape of the Burren in the West of Ireland. The fine dining restaurant operates five nights a week alongside a casual menu two nights a week, seating a maximum of 42 covers (typically 3034 nightly). The bar serves light lunches, Afternoon Tea (Thursday to Sunday) and daily breakfast for residents. This is a multi-award-winning operation.
