Job Description

• Hire and onboarding of staff.
• In charge of employee board performance and incentive programs.
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints (Medallia).
• Leadership and team management.
• Creating and managing employee schedules and timesheets.
• Handle all restaurant correspondence and permits.
• Managing the restaurant’s vendors, including supplies and PMS (QSR/Ecolab, etc.).
• Controlling operational costs.
• Manage revenue and expenditures.
• Strategic planning and expansion.
• Marketing and increasing sales strategies.
• Arranging group events and other off‑site opportunities.
• Create innovative promotions and marketing materials.
• Formulating company policies and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
