Restaurant Operations Manager — Growth & KPIs

The Supreme Hr Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a restaurant’s day-to-day performance at Islande. You will oversee manpower planning, service standards, profitability, and brand alignment, ensuring consistent quality and customer satisfaction.

You will drive strategic initiatives, coach staff, manage supplier relationships, and work with HR/training to implement SOPs. A Diploma/Degree in F&B or Hospitality and 8+ years of restaurant leadership is required.
