Job Description
Core Criteria:
- Proven experience in an F&B supervisory or senior service role within a luxury lodge, hotel, or fine dining environment
- Strong guest service skills with a warm, professional, and personalised approach
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and develop a team of waiters, bartenders, and service assistants
- Solid knowledge of five-star food and beverage service standards and dining etiquette
- Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and safe food handling practices
- Experience with stock control, requisitions, breakage and wastage monitoring
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
- Cultural awareness and emotional intelligence with the ability to work in a diverse team environment
- Flexible and willing to work shift hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
