Job Description

  1. Responsible for the proper display, arrangement, replenishment, housekeeping and selling of store merchandise.
  2. Monitors the inventory of all items handled.Timely conducts physical inventory of items to check for under and/or over stocks.
  3. Helps the department officers/Branch Head in analyzing suggested quantity of merchandise for reorder.
  4. Ensures that all items in the selling area have the necessary DTI marks and barcodes for easier POS transactions and customer information.
  5. Assists customers in determining the preferred purchase as well as explain to them each merchandise features, proper usage and maintenance. Practices suggestive selling to fill in customer’s requirements.
  6. Conducts product demonstration to customers after payment to check the quality, making sure that it is functioning properly before release to customer.
  7. Aids in the customer service department in handling return/exchange of merchandise.
