The Key Account Intern will provide vital support to our Retail team, helping to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will learn the ropes of B2B e-commerce, vendor portal management, and the lifecycle of an order from placement to payment. This is a hands‑on role designed for a detail‑oriented student or recent graduate looking to build a career in sales operations and account strategy.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily processing of purchase orders and help monitor vendor portals to ensure data accuracy.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for accounts, ensuring all customer inquiries are documented and routed to the correct internal departments.
