Retail Manager responsible for overall operations, performance, supply control, compliance, and customer management across all retail fuel outlets.
Job Overview:
Oversees daily retail station operations, ensures efficient fuel supply, drives customer retention and acquisition, manages shortages and credit control, and maintains operational and system compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead retail teams and ensure station SOP compliance.
- Monitor sales, dispatches, and daily performance dashboards.
