About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Brand Operations Coordinator / Manager. 

This is a broad head office operations role working closely with the internal team, retail store, ecommerce, warehouse, and wider business stakeholders. While the business operates one physical retail store in Paddington, this role has touchpoints across the broader company and plays a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.

The role would suit an adaptable all-rounder who enjoys variety and is comfortable working across people operations, retail execution, ecommerce support, inventory, customer service, and commercial operations. The internal team is small, so the successful candidate will need to be confident working independently, taking ownership, and operating without the heavy support structures of a large corporate environment.
