- Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns in retail channels.
- Monitor sales performance, sell-through rates, and stock levels; identify issues and drive improvements.
- Optimize product assortment and SKU mix to improve category performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Highly adaptable, self‑motivated, and passionate about e‑commerce.
- Sensitive to data, ability to analyze traffic/users/sales data.
