• Area Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Retail Operations Location: Moapa Pay Range: $55,000 – $60,000 Position Summary:   The Store Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of a high-volume Mint Cannabis retail dispensary.


• This role oversees all store functions, including team leadership, sales performance, compliance, inventory control, and customer experience.
• The Store Manager will build and mentor a strong team while ensuring a consistent, compliant, and customer-focused experience.
• The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven leader with proven experience in retail management and a passion for operational excellence in the cannabis industry.
