Retail Store Manager

Purpose of the Role:

To take full responsibility for the effective management and performance of the retail operation, ensuring exceptional customer service, achievement of sales targets, effective stock control, staff development, and the protection of company assets and brand standards. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador while maintaining operational excellence across all aspects of the business.

• Oversee stock ordering, receiving, inventory control, stock takes, merchandising, and stock loss prevention
