Retail Strategy Specialist

Reporting to the Director of Consumer Experience and Head of HumanX, the Retail Strategy Specialist is responsible for supporting IARetail's strategic advisory capability through HumanX research, consumer insights, and thought leadership.

As capability and experience grow, the Retail Strategy Specialist will independently lead key elements of the HumanX programme, becoming a trusted partner in delivering thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

HumanX Research 

· Support the development and delivery of HumanX research across multiple retail sectors, from initial research through to publication, promotion, and industry engagement.

· Progressively assume ownership of HumanX research initiatives, methodologies, and strategic outputs.

· Act as a steward of the HumanX methodology, ensuring research frameworks, knowledge assets, and best practices are maintained, refined, and continually evolved.
