Retail Superintendent - Specialty Group

The Retail Superintendent is responsible for representing Franjo Construction on active retail jobsites and overseeing all onsite construction activities from start to finish. This role ensures that fast-paced retail projects-such as buildouts, remodels, rollouts, and ground-up locations-are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations and Franjo quality standards.

Retail Superintendents coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety, maintain schedules, communicate daily progress, and problem-solve onsite issues.
