Job Description
What you will be working on:
- Support Senior Officers and Managers in managing the end‑to‑end operations of home monetisation schemes, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate service delivery to CPF members, including processing applications, maintaining documentation standards, and preparing operational reports and progress updates.
- Address and resolve member enquiries, providing clear and accurate guidance on scheme details to foster effective communication and a positive member experience.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, departments, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of all scheme‑related activities, maintaining alignment with organisational goals and policies.
- Review and implement process enhancements where applicable to optimise workflow and service delivery.
- Provide support to supervisors on projects and take ownership of ad‑hoc tasks and administrative responsibilities as required.
