Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct site audits and verification of existing RF and MW installations, including antennas, RRUs, BBUs, ODUs, cables, CPRI, jumpers, and associated ancillaries.
• Assess and validate proposed locations for RF and MW equipment in accordance with approved designs, engineering standards, and site requirements.
• Perform dismantling, replacement, and installation of RF and MW antennas, equipment, cabling, and related ancillary components.
• Execute removal of legacy indoor and outdoor BTS equipment and installation of new systems, including RRUs, BBUs, and MW IDUs.
• Ensure all works comply with quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely project execution.
