Job Title: RM / SM / BDM – Mortgage & Housing Loans

CTC: Upto 8 LPA
Relationship Manager (RM): 4.5 LPA
Senior Manager (SM): 10 LPA
Business Development Manager (BDM): 7 LPA
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Housing Loan or Mortgage
Qualification: Any Graduate
Role Overview:
The role involves sourcing, managing, and growing the Mortgage / Housing Loan portfolio through channel engagement, customer relationship management, and proactive business development activities within the Chennai market.
Key Responsibilities:
Source Home Loan and Mortgage customers through direct sourcing and channel partners.
Build and manage relationships with customers, builders, connectors, and DSA partners.
