Position located in Rockford, IL

Requirements of the RN – Home Health:
8a-5p M-F, every 3rd weekend., rotating holidays.

At least 1 year experience as a professional nurse within the past 3 years in an acute care setting.

Experience in home health, IV therapy, ER or oncology preferred. Cardiac or wound certification preferred.

Mileage between visits paid.

No local candidates within a 50 mile radius.

IL RN license, BLS required
Estimated Gross Salary: $2720.00/weekly estimate
