Assignment length: 13 
Weekly Hours: 36-40 
Days 
Shift Length: 8 - 10 flexible days to keep under 40 for the week. (5x8’s or 4x10’s) Request in sub preference. 
Hospital Location: 2350 Hospital Dr Webster City, Iowa 50595, United States 
Certifications: ACLS,BLS - skill set to scrub, circulate and PACU/PREOP 
Years of Exp: 2+ 
Scrub Color: Provided 
Medical Docs: Flu Vac only
