Job Description: The Registered Nurse in Telemetry will provide specialized care and monitoring for patients with telemetry needs, ensuring the highest levels of responsiveness and professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Float to like units as required.
Requirements:
- 2 years of Stroke/Neuro experience required.
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications and passing EKG test must be presented at time of submittal.
