Job Description
Responsibilities
- Set up, conduct, and lead Pen Health tests per documented instructions or test details provided by engineer.
- Communicate with engineer on Pen Health issues encountered during the test and perform basic troubleshooting steps provided.
- Help to run test banks when there is resource crunch.
- Provide training and guidance to tester for any technical matters.
- Basic data collection using lab equipment (Eg. Microscope, Etester) as instructed by engineer.
- Query and analyze the test results using Software (Eg. JMP, Excel) and generate test reports.
- Provide maintenance of lab equipments (Eg. Inspector scanners, Etester, microscopes).
- Support ad-hoc test requests from the Writing Systems (WS) team.
- Maintain the tidiness and upkeep of WS lab and Image Grading Room.
