Job Description
Be a vital part of BCAA's support team as a Road Assist Fleet Blocker. Deliver high-quality roadside assistance and automotive help to our BCAA Members on local roads and highways.
BCAA is hiring a Road Assist Fleet Blocker with a commitment to providing friendly, professional road assistance. You will respond to service calls, ensuring safety and support for our team and members. With your solid mechanical background, you’ll also perform additional light service tasks and shuttle essential equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend service calls as a safety blocker vehicle
• Conduct traffic scene assessments for safety
• Provide courteous roadside mechanical assistance
• Support in battery boosts, unlocks, and fuel delivery
• Shuttle equipment and vehicles to aid operations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of mechanic experience
• Clean BC Driver License Class 5
• Level 1 First Aid Training is a bonus
