• Lead end‑to‑end deployment lifecycle from planning through go‑live, managing on‑site execution during Alpha and Beta phases including installation, commissioning, and validation.

• Transform deployment complexity into scalable solutions by creating and improving comprehensive documentation and deliverables that convert initial implementations into ready‑to‑scale procedures.
• Evaluate and deliver large‑scale automation technologies including conveyance, sortation and robotics systems.
