About the role
The Rostering Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate, compliant and efficient rosters for our residential care teams. You will work closely with Clinical Care Coordinators, casual staff, agencies, payroll and other key stakeholders to ensure shifts are filled appropriately and continuity of care is maintained.
This role will suit someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with a range of people, and able to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
