RPN Allergy Clinic Nurse

Job Tile – Full time Allergy Clinic Nurse- RPN

Work Days - Monday- Friday (8:15am- 4:45pm)

Responsibilities

• Patient history and assessment
• Pulmonary function testing
• Patient education
• Administration of allergy injections
• Reconstitution and administration of biologic therapy injections
• Management of anaphylaxis
• Nursing documentation
• Management and coordination of patient visits
• Receiving and managing drug shipment
• Provide telephone advice to external healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Willing to work in a fast-paced busy setting
• Excellent oral, written and communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large patient load
• Computer literate
• Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
• Valid registration with College of Nurses (RPN)
