Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with clients, advising them on information technology to meet business objectives or overcome problems, improving the structure and efficiency of an organization’s IT systems.
• Provide strategic guidance on Information Management, IT technology, infrastructures, and the enablement of major business processes through IT enhancements.
• Act as a technical advisor/expert on all aspects of a specific deliverable.
• Provide quality assurance and quality control of specific deliverables.
• Anticipate and resolve problems to ensure deliverables are completed within budget, to the highest quality, and exceed expectations.
• Develop processes and procedures for implementing deliverables.
