Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and ADNOC safety requirements at the worksite.
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and potential hazards.
- Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) systems and safety procedures.
- Carry out Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, and Toolbox Talks before work commencement.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel.
- Monitor high-risk activities such as hot work, confined space entry, lifting operations, excavation, working at height, and electrical work.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience as a Safety Officer in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, EPC, or Construction projects.
