Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a General Practitioner to join Henmore Health, working across our two sites at Ashbourne Surgery and Brailsford Surgery.
Main Duties
- Provide routine and on-the-day GP appointments
- Manage long-term conditions and complex patients
- Participate in clinical meetings, peer support and shared decision making
- Work collaboratively with ANPs, nurses, pharmacists and the wider practice team
- Contribute to service improvement and quality initiatives where interested
- Work across 2 sites, with consistent systems and processes
