Sales Account Executive

Job Description

Provide support to the company's sales department.

• Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information and answering questions.
• Take orders and inquiries via phone, email and other messaging platforms on assigned accounts.
• Assist customers with their inquiries and orders.
• Encode orders for pick-up in Oracle for a limited number of items.
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• College graduate of any business course.
• Preferably with one (1) year of working experience in the related field.

Sales Experience Is an Advantage But Not Required

• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
