Responsibilities and Duties

• Identify, nurture, and secure new sales opportunities to meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and effectively communicate Philippines Estates Corp.’s value proposition.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends and competition in the real estate & property management industry.

• Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
