Job Description

Coordination of all related sales functions of the Malaysia Sales Team. Organise and supervise local sales events.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Monitor and report weekly sales performance and revenue.
  • Coordinate sales closing, including reconciliation with Finance report, and consolidate and distribute revenue charts, SP performance against target, final sales reports to stakeholders.
  • Generate monthly sales forecasts (current month + next 3 months).
  • Organise monthly sales meeting, including scheduling, preparation of materials and meeting summaries.
  • Manage invoices and Delivery Orders (DO) documentation as required.
  • Process Sales Order Request (SOR) and Purchase Requisition Form (PRF) with proper documentation and approvals.
  • Track and update PRF delivery status, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate records.
