Job Description

We are looking for a driven Sales / Admissions Manager to lead our admissions team, improve lead conversion, and ensure parents and students receive a clear, professional enrollment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage the sales/admissions team.
  • Monitor inbound leads, follow-ups, trial class bookings, and enrollments.
  • Improve lead conversion through better scripts, objection handling, and follow-up systems.
  • Handle high-value parent conversations and escalations when required.
  • Track daily sales performance, team KPIs, and revenue targets.
  • Maintain CRM/Google Sheets accuracy and ensure proper lead pipeline management.
  • Coordinate with academic and support teams for smooth student onboarding.
  • Identify gaps in the sales process and implement improvements.
  • Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
