- To ensure that excellent customer service is always provided

- Solicit & understand customer feedback to understand their needs & the needs of the local community
- Be willing to consistently complement and update knowledge about music, our products and technology
- To build productive and trusting relationships with Clients

- To cross-sell products
- To be knowledgeable and aware of market trends and competitors
- Ensure the interior and exterior of the store are kept to company standards
- Educate or assist customers on setting up and carrying out occasional installations
- Comply with inventory control procedures
