Sales Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage inquiries, quotations, and customer follow-ups.
• Prepare and send proposals, quotations, contracts, and service agreements.
• Handle customer inquiries related to home maintenance services, including plumbing, electrical, AC maintenance, painting, handyman services, cleaning, pest control, and water tank cleaning.
• Schedule site inspections and coordinate with operations for timely service delivery.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and CRM data.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with technicians and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and business growth.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
