Sales Coordinator for Alta Material Handling

Alta Material Handling is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our Dorval, QC team. In this pivotal role, you'll manage customer orders and ensure exceptional service delivery through effective communication.
Reporting to the Corporate Rental Manager, you will play a significant role in coordinating customer orders and collaborating with various departments. Your tasks will involve entering and maintaining equipment inventory and processing purchase orders within our SILK operating system. We seek someone self-motivated to manage tasks accurately while fostering strong relationships with sales representatives and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order and track equipment from the OEM
• Maintain communication on order specifications
• Process supplier invoices and billing documentation
• Create work orders for service preparation
