Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to assist with inspections, customer consultations, and sales coordination
- Assist the sales team in presenting service packages and quotations on-site
- Coordinate between clients and technicians to ensure clear understanding of job requirements
- Follow up with clients after site visits to support closing deals
- Provide real-time updates on customer needs, project scope, and client feedback
- Identify and report opportunities for upselling or additional services during site visits
- Represent the company in a professional and customer-friendly manner at all times
- Deliver documents or coordinate pick-up of contracts, down payments, and other field-related tasks when needed
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Field experience in sales support or coordination (especially in the aircon or HVAC industry) is a great advantage
