Sales Development Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong hunter mindset to join our Sales Development Representative team. As a key member of our Sales function, this role is fully focused on outbound prospecting and new business generation. You will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients through targeted outreach across telephone, email, and social channels to create high-quality opportunities for the sales team. This is a high‑activity, target‑driven role where success is defined by your ability to consistently build pipeline through cold outreach, account targeting, and strategic prospecting. The position is based in the Cape Town office and operates a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week.
