Sitting within Sales Operations, we are standing up a dedicated enablement function designed to multiply seller impact — integrating AI-powered tools, scalable certifications, and sellers skills training into the daily workflows of sellers, distributors, and reps globally. Our mission is simple: scalable solutions powered by AI. We're deploying platforms like Claude, MS 365, Vinton AI, and Absorb LMS. This is an opportunity to shape how a global commercial organization learns, upskills, and sells — with AI at the center of that transformation.
