- Know everything there is to know about Cartrack solutions and how they can solve real customer challenges across different industries.
- Help customers develop their tech strategy and be their trusted IoT pro.
- Translate customer business needs into technical requirement documents that can be understood and implemented by technical teams.
- Develop compelling ROI evaluations based on customer use cases and requirements.
- Organise, plan, create and deliver demonstrations, convincing proof of concepts and implementations.
- Write scripts that tackle customer challenges and create a seamless experience when adopting solutions.
- Build a strong relationship with clients and ensure their business grows alongside ours.
- Ensure clients are successfully onboarded and the solution becomes a critical part of their operations (including integrations or up-sell at later stages).
