Responsibilities

To reach out and present Lyreco service solution to the business at the designated territory area assigned to you and ensure we become one of the preferred suppliers.

• Initiate contact with potential customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company's products and services, and identify sales opportunities.
• Do field canvassing or phone cold calling to generate leads and set face‑to‑face or virtual meetings with potential customers.
• Handle new customer acquisition.
• Understand prospect purchasing needs and present the most suitable pricing and quotation offers.
• Initiate account creation for prospects using the internal sales tool.
• Increase spend by product penetration and manage the margin of accounts visited.
• Handle assigned customer enquiries and support after‑sales service.
