Job Description
- Attend to customer enquiries from online platforms such as WhatsApp, Carousell, Instagram and TikTok.
- Follow up with prospective customers and manage the sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
- Recommend suitable motorcycles based on customers' needs and explain product features, pricing and financing options.
- Arrange and conduct motorcycle viewings and test rides.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Prepare sales documentation and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth delivery of motorcycles.
- Support promotional activities by assisting with online listings and basic social media content when required.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 2A or Class 2 motorcycle licence.
