Sales Executive - Socials

Job description:

• Conduct Sales Visits to Corporate Accounts. Handle Social Events Weddings, Debut etc.
• Achieve Sales Quota. Actively/aggressively convert catering business from the market segment assigned.
• Participate in the actual implementation of sales programs and activities (sales blitzes, mini and grand wedding food tastings, bridal fairs, sales blitzes, cocktails, parties and luncheons).
• Assists in creation of Connoisseur Catering packages for onsite and outsider catering based on information gathered from the market and competition.
• Supports the Operations and Culinary team in the planning and execution of each event. Should be present during the event to coordinate with the operations team, culinary and the client/event coordinator.
• Works on growing relationship with bookers and event organizers to ensures that incremental revenue is generated from these contacts within the year.
