- Conduct cold-calls to potential clients to identify qualified leads for the commercial teams.
- Proactively source and qualify new leads to support the commercial team's pipeline growth and client acquisition efforts.
- Provide support to the sales team by assisting with data entry and updates in Salesforce to streamline client onboarding and ensure timely account activation.
- Ensure a timely and accurate dispatch of contracts and account creation documentation.
- Execute and maintain sales processes with precision, adhering strictly to defined SOPs.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial, finance and operations teams including the business unit head and manager to ensure alignment in SOP execution.
