Sales Manager (English-speaking markets)

Responsibilities

• Call and invite people to meetings
• Fill in data in the CRM system
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Reconnect with customers and provide customer support by answering current questions
• Achieve the sales plan
• Perform cold sales as needed
• Create, develop, review, submit and track proposal response documentation
• Maintain a database; record all phone calls and answers in the CRM system

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Arabic and English
• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively work in a dynamic and growing start-up environment
• Proactive and mindful of the competitive business environment
• Experience with CRM systems
• Not afraid of phone calls
